Bodegas Lustau is a renowned sherry producer with a rich and fascinating history. Founded in 1896 by Don José Ruiz-Berdejo, a sherry-loving man from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, Lustau began as a humble almacenista, a small winery and warehouse that stored and aged sherry wines. Don José's passion for crafting exceptional sherries soon caught the attention of sherry connoisseurs, and Lustau rapidly gained recognition for its exceptional quality and unique style.
Fino Sherry made from 100% Palomino grapes. Aged for 5 years following a biological aging in the cool and humid air of the port town of El Puerto de Santa María, where the flor grows in ideal environmental conditions.
Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound “flor” aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
