The Bioma Crusted originates from the Pisca vineyard, it comes from an ancient vineyard (vinha velha) which has been converted to organic viticulture and it's low yields always result in amazing port wines that showcase the terroir and the vintage. In year's where a Vintage Port declaration isn't possible, the wine is released as a crusted port.
A port with complexity and balance, ripe black fruit and spice. This will age for years and years.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
