Oak Farm are based in the Lodi area in California, an area known for producing some of the worlds best Zinfandel. Lodi is recognised as an ideal spot for growing Spanish varieties like Albarino.
Stainless steel-aged, this wine is delicately clean, offering scents of lime zest, citrus blossom, and jasmine. It delights with refreshing acidity, a dry finish, and subtle mineral undertones, providing a palate-cleansing experience. Best enjoyed chilled, it pairs beautifully with lighter seafood dishes like grilled halibut, shrimp, or ceviche. It's also a great match for light summer pasta dishes and medium-bodied cheeses, making it a good choice for mildly spiced Asian cuisine.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
