The company's name, inspired by the word ‘brindis’—which means to raise one’s glass in a toast—reflects their mission over the past 30 years: to toast and celebrate the diverse cultures, landscapes, and exceptional foods of Spain. Founded by Monika Linton at a time when knowledge of Spanish gastronomy was almost non-existent in the UK, the business started with her strong belief that the foods she cherished in Spain deserved a broader audience.
Salty and sharp these capers are uniquely delicious; non-pareil in fact means “without equal” in French and it is applied to the smallest capers with the most delicate flavour. They are a versatile ingredient, adding flavour to dressings and creamy sauces (try it with horseradish) or add to potato salads or eggs. They are a perfect partner to white fish.

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
