Plumpton Estate Brut Rosé is made by the traditional method using a classic blend of Pinot Meunier 42% Pinot Noir 36%, Chardonnay 22%.
The grapes are hand-picked and fermented before our winemaker carefully crafts our signature blend with the help of wine students. The wine spends at least two years ageing on lees in the bottle. A splash of red Pinot Noir wine is added to give it a vibrant pink colour.
Dry, with crisp acidity and a delicate, persistent mouse, this wine is a superb marriage between freshness and finesse. It displays white peach and strawberry notes with a creamy brioche roundness and a long, elegant finish.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
