This is a dry and crisp white wine from Calabria in Italy - the toe of Italy's boot. Made from the indigenous Greco Bianco grape it is farmed manually and organically at high altitude.
The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the fresheness.
Its dry, clean and crisp, with some floral and herbaceaous notes, a clean minerality and is very easy drinking.
