Drawn from meticulously farmed vineyard sites and vinified with a hands-on, low-intervention approach, this Syrah displays the depth and refinement that have made Sine Qua Non legendary among collectors and wine enthusiasts.
Intense and layered, with aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cassis, alongside notes of violets, cracked black pepper and smoked meat. The palate is dense yet polished, delivering concentrated dark fruit wrapped in fine, velvety tannins. Hints of olive, spice and mineral complexity add intrigue, while a vibrant thread of acidity keeps the wine focused. The finish is long, savoury and profoundly structured.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
