This is an organic and biodynamic Cabernet Franc from St-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, in the Loire Valley.

With minimal intervention, this wine is fermented with natural yeasts, in stainless steel to retain the pure expression of the varietal and its terroir (sandy and gravel soils).
The wine displays the typical Cabernet Franc blue and red fruit profile. Here it is pure and upfront, in a fresh style with a long lingering finish.
