Terre di Talamo Tempo 2021 is a vibrant and characterful red wine from the rolling coastal hills of southern Tuscany. Made primarily from Sangiovese, locally known as Morellino, this vintage captures the warmth and generosity of the Maremma region, delivering a wine that is fresh, elegant, and wonderfully food-friendly.
In the glass, it opens with bright aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and hints of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it’s juicy and refined, with silky tannins and a refreshing acidity that lifts the fruit. Subtle notes of spice and wildflowers add complexity, while the finish is smooth, clean, and satisfying. A great match for classic Italian fare, try it with ragù, grilled sausages, or roast pork. It also pairs beautifully with vegetarian dishes featuring tomato, mushrooms, or lentils.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
