A delicious new addition to Butlers Pantry, an aged Vinagre de Jerez from the excellent Valdespino sherry house. We have enjoyed their superb sherry for years and the quality definitely carries over to their vinegar too!
Selected sherry wine is turned to vinegar then aged in a solera system of oak casks, with an average age of 15 years. Rich and complex in flavour, with dried fruit, woody and nutty hints. The concentrated flavour means you just need to a drizzle to elevate salad dressings and marinades - or simply use for dipping with some good bread!

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
