This is textbook Austrian riesling, very dry with fresh acidity and a fantastic palate of tropical fruits and mineral wealth. Absolutely delicious on its own but also incredibly versatile with food.
Always a performer with oriental flavours, sushi and cured fish but also absolutely fantastic with roast pork. Harvested under a full moon, often at night for reasons serious and slightly more creative, the cooler temperatures allow a slightly higher acidity to be retained.
