COVID-19 Update

With reference to COVID-19 we wanted to reassure you all that Team Butler is taking all relevant precautions and maintaining a clean and sanitised work environment. We continue to monitor NHS and government advice.
We will do our best to maintain stability until we are advised to make changes. We will be tweaking our opening times in April to allow staff time with families.
Kemp Town will remain open as normal Tuesday - Saturday 11-7pm
Queens Park Road will be open as usual Tuesday - Saturday 11-7pm except the following dates.

April 7th 11am-3pm
April 8th 11m-3pm
Closed April 13/14/15/16

We understand that individual circumstances may differ, if you require home deliveries we will be happy to oblige. Orders can be placed online or over the phone, and we are happy to leave orders in a safe place to minimise contact so please instruct us accordingly. Our drivers will not require signature proof of deliveries during this time, and will be travelling with sterile wipes and gloves.

Each shop is regularly deep cleaned, and all customer facing surfaces and counters are cleaned daily.
We will adopt skeleton staff where possible. Our contact with delivery drivers is kept at a distance. We are in the process of cancelling all public tasting events, and we will not be attending any supplier events, until we are advised it is safe to do so.

Currently we have had no problems stocking our shops, we will advise if this changes.
We wish everybody good health and hope you all stay safe. We will get through this together. If we can help in any other tangible way, please ask.
Best wishes,
Henry, Cassie and Team Butler.
