Concha y Toro is one of Chile’s most respected producers, known for combining scale with a strong focus on site expression. The Amelia range represents their premium terroir-driven wines, highlighting finesse, balance and a modern, elegant style.
The Amelia Pinot Noir 2022 is made from 100% Pinot Noir and shows an elegant, expressive style. Aromas of ripe red cherries lead the nose, layered with notes of black tea leaves, subtle spice and gentle earthiness. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (10% new, 90% second and third use), adding finesse and depth without overpowering the fruit.
On the palate, it is complex and layered, dominated by vibrant red cherry flavours, silky tannins and fresh acidity, finishing long and refined.
Pair with: spring lamb, herby porcini mushroom risotto, or dishes with truffle

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
