The combination of cool mountain conditions, traditional vineyard practices and modern winemaking delivers a wine of remarkable freshness and character.
Lively and expressive, the nose opens with bright notes of orange peel and cherry drops, framed by a subtle herbal edge. This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
