Made by the winemakers at Cave de Turckheim using a traditional, careful approach. Gentle pneumatic pressing, cool controlled fermentation, and minimal intervention before bottling to preserve purity of fruit and aromatic expression. The focus is on balance, keeping vibrant acidity alongside generous fruit character.
The wine is highly expressive on the nose, with fragrant notes of rose petals, lychee and exotic spice. On the palate it is rich and rounded, offering flavours of ripe citrus, tropical fruit and a touch of honeyed sweetness, all lifted by a fresh line of acidity that keeps it from feeling heavy. Opulent yet balanced, it finishes with lingering perfume and gentle spice.
A versatile style that pairs well with strong cheeses, aromatic Asian dishes such as Thai or spiced curries, and even fruit-based desserts.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.
