Château Cissac is a wine estate located in the Haut-Médoc region of Bordeaux, France. The 2000 vintage is particularly notable as it was a year characterised by favourable weather conditions, leading to high-quality wines.
Deep ruby red, showing some signs of ageing. Dark fruits like blackcurrant and plum, along with earthy notes, cedar, and hints of tobacco and spice.
Full-bodied with a good balance of acidity and tannins. Flavours of ripe black fruits, leather, and a touch of oak with a long and complex finish.

Words can't express the brilliance of Butlers or the thoughtfulness, expertise and compassion of their team! Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!!

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
