This lively Mâcon-Villages combines bright citrus zest with ripe tropical fruit, complemented by a subtle mineral character and refreshing acidity. The palate is fresh and balanced, making it an excellent choice alongside goat’s cheese, white meats and fish. The vines are rooted in clay-limestone soils, while fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and oak barrels adds texture and gentle complexity without overshadowing the wine’s natural freshness.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
