From their 4ha of organic vineyards in Central Otago Folding Hill craft utterly sublime Pinot Noir. The warmth of the Bendigo subregion and meticulous work in the vineyard gives the wines a lovely core of ripe red fruit.
Vibrant aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and subtle floral notes. The palate is smooth and juicy, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a touch of spice, leading to a silky, elegant finish. Fresh, approachable, and very drinkable.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
