Herring fillets with pink pepper. Lightly fried for flavour and a firmer texture, the herring is wild-caught in the North East Atlantic. Diplomats is a renowned Latvian tinned fish brand, with a history dating back to 1907. The fish is canned using 100% artisanal methods in a state of the art cannery in the seaside village of Engure, on the shore of the Gulf of Riga.
Ingredients: Herring (fish), cold-pressed rapeseed oil, salt, pink pepper. Produced in a company that works with wheat flour, mustard powder, soy and pistachio oil.

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
