A wonderfully fresh and characterful dry Lambrusco from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, ‘Spiriti Folletti’ is made from estate-grown grapes in Solignano Vecchio by Tenuta Pederzana. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a gentle two-day maceration at low temperatures, followed by primary fermentation and four months' refinement in stainless steel. A second fermentation includes cold soaking for natural clarification, resulting in a clean, expressive wine.
In the glass, it’s delicately aromatic with bright notes of cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is dry and vibrant, with lively acidity and soft tannins on the finish, making it an ideal match for pizza, charcuterie, and a wide array of Italian appetizers. A charming, food-friendly fizz with plenty of regional authenticity.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
