This beautiful single-vineyard Pinot Noir Rosé is made from hand-harvested fruit picked at the perfect moment of phenolic ripeness, capturing purity, freshness and texture in equal measure.
Delicate aromas of wild strawberry and red cherry lead the way, with a subtle floral lift. The wine’s graceful mouthfeel comes from 100% whole-cluster pressing combined with partial malolactic conversion, lending gentle creaminess without losing its vibrant edge. Wild fermentation adds a faint hint of spice on the finish, giving the wine an extra layer of character and intrigue.
Perfect with grilled prawns, salmon, summer salads, charcuterie, or enjoyed chilled on its own.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
