Actor Kyle MacLachlan grew up in Yakima, Washington. His serious interest in wine was sparked when director David Lynch gifted him a bottle of Château Lynch-Bages for landing the part of Paul Atreides in Dune. With his father (a keen gardener and tender of fruit trees) they discovered the wines from Eastern Washington and eventually embarked on a collaboration with Eric Dunham, winemaker in Walla Walla, Columbia Valley. They now produce Bordeaux inspired wines using grapes and oak barrels of uncompromising quality.
Pursued By Bear Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Walla Walla Valley AVA of Washington State. It is brimming with ripe red and black fruit flavours, rich with layers of spice and chocolate. This wine showcases finely grained tannins and an elegant finish. Its full body develops astonishing depth on the palate, revealing a captivating complexity in every sip.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
