A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano, it balances soft orchard fruit and delicate florals with zippy citrus freshness. Garganega brings notes of white peach, melon and almond blossom, while Trebbiano lifts the wine with lemon peel, pear drops and a crisp, mouth-watering edge. A subtle hint of sea spray and gentle minerality adds further charm.
On the palate, it is lively and refreshing, with a light roundness from brief lees ageing that softens the edges without losing its energy. Flavours of citrus, ripe pear and stone fruit lead into a clean, crisp finish with a touch of salinity.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
