Château de Tracy has been family-run since the 14th century, with Henry de Tracy continuing the tradition today. The estate spans 33 hectares, with vines thriving on flinty slopes around the property and Kimmeridgian clay-limestone in nearby Vilmoy. Meticulous care is taken in selecting the best grapes plot by plot, which are then gently pressed, vinified, and aged on lees to enhance texture and depth.
This Chenin Blanc offers enticing aromas of lemon, apple, white peach, and honeysuckle, leading to a bright, fresh palate with zesty acidity, citrus, white stone fruit, and a hint of white pepper spice on the finish.

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
