On the palate, it is dry with a soft yet vibrant texture, where ripe orchard fruit meets a distinctive flinty, mineral edge. A small proportion of barrel ageing adds gentle roundness and depth, while the naturally high acidity brings freshness and a lively, zesty finish.
Elegant and structured, with a lingering, saline finish this is a versatile and food-friendly wine - particularly suited to seafood or slightly creamy dishes.

Great Wine/Spirit shop with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff
This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
