Wine Of The Week - Baron Ladron de Guevara Autor

April 01, 2014

Baron Ladron de Guevara Autor is the mid-range wine from the Valdelana family.

Ladron produces their wines in Rioja and is predominantly made up of the king of all Spanish grapes, Tempranillo. Ladron like to make their wine organically, so we can assure you that there was no funny business going on when this wine was made.

ABV: 13.5%

Bold dark cherry-red with a garnet bright rim. Intense yet refined nose of ripe wild berries with balsamic notes, against a subtle background of clean wood.

Full bodied, in the mouth, with clean aromas of smoky wood well integrated into ripe fruit.
