This superb wine is based on the Grenache grape and is a classic Provence rose - ultra-pale pink in the glass with restrained herbal flavours with a clean
and refreshing finish. Lovely with grilled salmon or sauteed chicken, and a tian of Mediterranean vegetables
This wonderful organic rose hails from Penedes and the highly regarded Raventos family. Pale pink in colour with delicate red fruit aromas and a palate of citrus and white flowers with a touch of cassis. An excellent aperitif, or a great match for salmon and grilled tuna dishes
This English sparkler from the Garden of Kent hails from Appledore and the excellent 2014 vintage. Delicate pink in appearance, with soft summer berries and floral notes on the nose. The palate shows bright red fruits, driven by ripe strawberries, fresh cherries and redcurrants, with a crisp freshness and creamy, rounded texture on the finish. Enjoy on its own or paired with with fresh salads, light cheese and summer fruits
Our red selection is this delicious Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Drinking now the wine is silky smooth with cherry and raspberry fruit, chocolate hints and a caramel spice finish. A fuller bodied Pinot Noir with soft tannins and silky fruit, this would make an ideal match with duck, lamb, vegetarian food, or even steak. A wonderful wine, especially at this price!
