Carefully pressed to preserve its juicy dark fruit character, the wine is then aged for six months with oak contact, adding structure and a touch of richness.
This vibrant and aromatic Cabernet bursts with fresh blackcurrant flavours, offering a silky texture, bright mid-palate lift, and a smooth, ripe finish. A perfect match for roast lamb with rosemary and garlic, it also pairs beautifully with mature cheeses like Parmesan.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.
